Jacquelyn “Jackie” Zampella is a third-generation insurance leader, a Certified Risk Architect, and a recognized innovator in agency operations. With a deep understanding of both personal and commercial risk, Jackie works closely with clients to identify exposures, design strategic insurance programs, and deliver practical, forward-thinking risk management solutions.

Jackie’s path into the insurance industry is as unique as it is inspiring. In 2017, while working for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, she chose to become a living kidney donor – an experience that profoundly shaped her perspective on service, resilience, and the responsibility leaders have to care for others. That mindset carries through in both her personal life and professional approach, where trust, advocacy, and compassion are central to everything she does. She joined her family’s agency in 2018, bringing that same “people-first” spirit to the world of risk and insurance.

A recipient of the 2023 Safeco/Liberty Mutual “Agent for the Future Emerging Leader” award, Jacquelyn is known for her forward-thinking approach to technology, high-engagement marketing, and the use of AI to enhance the customer experience. She is a frequent voice on leadership panels and is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of industry professionals.
